Our kvass has been tested by the renowned company J.S. Hamilton, which is an accredited research laboratory. We commissioned to carry out nutrition and alcohol content tests.
The most important information is that our kvass has only 2.04 g of sugar per 100 ml, i.e. in one bottle of 330 ml kvass is 6.73 g of sugar, i.e. less than one and a half teaspoon.
It also means that it is low energy, because 100 ml kvass is only 15 kcal. Studies have also confirmed that our dry kvass is a non-alcoholic drink. The content of ethyl alcohol is 0.21g / 100ml.
